Common questions
Can staff record attendance on a tablet?
Yes. The staff attendance page works in a browser on a tablet, phone, or computer. Pending actions are shown when an attendance update cannot be sent immediately.
How can I message parents about attendance?
Open Family Messaging to discuss an arrival, absence, or pickup with a parent. A direct messaging shortcut on the attendance board is not currently available.
How does digital pickup work?
Select an authorized guardian or pickup contact when checking a child out. The pickup signature is stored with the departure record.
Can I track attendance for more than one classroom?
Yes. Choose a location and classroom to review attendance and record arrivals or departures for that group.
Can an in-home daycare use attendance tracking?
Yes. In-home providers can use the same check-in and check-out tools to keep daily attendance and authorized pickup records together.
