What this is
Photos is a gallery of classroom pictures and short videos staff tagged with your children. You only see media that includes a child linked to you.
Do this
After you sign in as a parent, open Photos from the left menu.
Filter All / Photos / Videos. Tap a tile to open, zoom, or play. Select several to download.
Heart a moment or leave a short comment if you like. Turn photos off later under Account if you prefer no new pictures.
If your center allows it, use Add a photo to share a keepsake tagged to one child.
How it works
- Tagged media
- staff pick every child in the shot before they publish. If photo consent is off for any tagged child, it does not go out.
- About one year
- classroom photos and videos leave Ashby after about a year. Download what you want to keep.
- Private access
- photos and videos open through private links that expire. They are not public on the web.
- Consent
- enrollment for care is separate from photos. Declining photo consent does not affect enrollment.
