Common questions
Can parents and the school split fee responsibility?
Yes. The school chooses independently who pays Stripe’s processing fee and who pays Ashby’s collection fee. Parent-paid fees are displayed separately.
Do failed payment attempts add an Ashby fee?
No. The collection fee applies to a successful online collection. Failed attempts and manually recorded cash or check payments do not add an Ashby collection fee.
