What this is
Reports shows the daily care and activities shared for your children. Drafts and corrections stay private until staff share them.
Do this
After you sign in as a parent, open Reports from the left menu.
If you have more than one child, tap their name to filter the list.
Tap Open to read the full note for that day.
How it works
- Shared report
- one daily summary of care entries and activities that staff chose to share.
- What you see
- meals, naps, bottles, toileting, activities, mood and notes. Corrections appear after staff share the updated report.
- Incidents
- separate protected records reviewed by a director. Open Incidents in your account to read and acknowledge a shared report.
