Daily reports

Reports is where you write short notes for the day and log an incident if something happens. Keep it fast — a few taps per child.

1. After you sign in, open Reports from the left menu.
2. For each child, type a short note. It saves when you leave the field. Tap Ready when the note is done for the day.
3. If something happened, tap Log incident. Write what happened and what you did. Later, tap Sign so the parent can type their name on the tablet.

• Daily note — one note per child per day. Ready when it is finished. Parents will see ready notes in a later parent view.
• Incident — a protected record. Only jobs that may see incident detail can read the full write-up.
• Parent signature — captured on your tablet so the center has a record. It is not a biometric.
