Compliance checks

Review licensing records, room coverage, and items that need attention.

What this is

Compliance checks bring licensing records, room coverage, and items needing review into one place. They help organize your school’s work; they do not certify that your program meets every licensing requirement.

Do this

  1. After you sign in, open Reports and choose Compliance checks.

  2. Choose the location you want to review, then refresh the current checks.

  3. Open each item that needs attention and update the related permit, child, staff, room, attendance, or incident record.

  4. For a Texas center, open Inspection packet when you need a dated packet for your own review. Check the file and keep original records available.

  5. Review saved coverage warnings before keeping a staff time change that affects a room.

How it works

Current coverage
compares recorded children with staff and room information for the selected location. It is not a historical finding or legal certification.
Clock warning
preserves the counts, target, and reason shown when a staff time change was reviewed. Later corrections remain labeled.
Inspection packet
gathers dated supported Texas center records for review and printing. Keep the original permits, certificates, attendance records, and other required documents with the school.
Missing information
stays marked for review instead of being guessed. Ashby does not replace your licensing agency, permit conditions, caregiver qualification review, or special-activity requirements.
