What needs attention attention

Home is where you start the day. Needs attention is the list of things that still need you. It is not email, and it is not a message to a parent.

1. After you sign in, open Home from the left menu. The red number on Home is how many things still need you. The list is at the top in a red card.
2. Tap Review on a row to open the screen that fixes it.
3. Tap Hide only when the row is optional — for example, Connect parents. Setup, shots, and leave files stay until they are fixed — there is no Hide on those.

Ashby checks a short list when you open Home. What you see depends on your job. We watch these things today:

• Finish setup — each unfinished required step is its own row (hours, rooms, tuition, and your name if needed). If rooms, hours, or tuition are already filled in, that step is done — you do not need an extra Save. Tap Review only when something is still missing. You cannot hide these.
• Enrollment form waiting — a parent sent in the child’s details and you still need to approve or send it back.
• Parent invite sitting too long — a parent link has been waiting more than a week.
• Offered spot with no invite — you admitted a family and have not sent them a link yet.
• Connect parents — no parent has a login yet. Recommended. You can hide this.
• Open tuition invoices — money still owed, if your job can see billing.
• Child file will be removed — a child left or graduated and the hold period is running. Open Children to keep the file or remove it now.
• Immunization status — a Texas location is missing shot status on a child still in care. You cannot hide this.

Unfinished Setup lives on this list — there is no separate banner. The red number on Home is how many rows are on this list. We do not yet watch room ratios or unread messages.
