A website for your childcare center review before publishing
Prepare school information, choose a design and review a private draft before publishing public pages.
You can…
- Set school details, branding, and a starting layout.
- Edit pages, preview saved drafts, and publish after review.
- Publish mobile-friendly pages with search descriptions and a sitemap.
Write and review your pages
Start with Home, About, Programs, Team and Contact. Choose a layout, accent and heading style, then edit or add pages. Preview the saved draft on a phone or desktop before publishing.
Keep school records private
Public websites use separate school branding and adult staff images. Never include child names, imagery, medical details or other private information. Classroom photo permissions do not grant permission to publish on the internet.
Control what visitors see
Saving a draft leaves the public version unchanged. Publishing requires your review and permission confirmations. Take the website offline whenever needed while keeping your draft. The default address is ashbycare.com/schools/your-school; school-owned custom domains can be connected when hosting is activated.
How it works
- Open School settings, then School website.
- Edit school information, choose a design and save your draft.
- Preview the pages, review the public-content checks and publish when ready.
Common questions
Does saving a draft change the public website?
No. Visitors see the last version you published until you publish again or take it offline.
Can I use classroom photos?
No. Public websites accept school branding and adult staff images only. Children’s information and imagery must stay off public pages.
Can I connect my own domain?
Custom domains and automatic domain setup are still planned.
